Curious Gallery 2017
Crowne Plaza in Portland – Jan. 7-8, 2017
Better known as the Festival of Curiosities, the Curious Gallery 2017 will be a two-day event held at the Crowne Plaza in Portland on January 7 and 8. The weekend will be filled with exhibits, presentations, programming and hands-on workshop activities. Those interested in taxidermy, natural wonders and strange treasures are sure to take an interest in this event. You may even get to leave the event with curiosities of your own!
Reel Music Festival
Downtown Portland – Jan. 13 – Feb. 5, 2017
Put your dancing shoes on and head to Downtown Portland to take advantage of the many performances taking place during the 34th Annual Reel Music Festival from January 13 through February 5. There’s performances for everyone to enjoy with options ranging from jazz to rock to opera. The festival will kickoff on Friday, January 13 at 7 p.m., and there will be 30+ more acts to follow. ChocolateFest
Oregon Convention Center – Jan. 20-22, 2017
Pre-sale tickets are available now for ChocolateFest, which will be held in the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. The festival kicks off on Friday, Jan. 20 from 4 to 9 p.m., but the tickets are for those 21 and older. On Saturday, Jan. 21 and Sunday, Jan. 22, all ages are welcome. There will be tons of free chocolate samples, education sessions, presentations, demonstrations and wineries to enjoy. More information is available here.
